Standard Signals Indicator

JUMO AQUIS 500 AS – Indicator/Controller for Standard Signals (20.2568). The device is equipped with 2 analog and 1 binary inputs. The first analog input is suitable for the connection of standard or standardized signals (0/4…20mA or 0…10V), which can be provided by any probe. RTD temperature probes Pt100, Pt1000 or NTC/PTC (up to 4kOhm) can be connected to the second analog input. The voltage supply for a 2-wire transmitter is
integrated into the device. The graphical display allows to display the standard signals as numbers or bargraph. The parameter display in plain text ensures that operation is easily understandable and safe. 2 optional relay change-over contacts are used to realize simple switching or alarm functions as well as complex control tasks with P, PI, PD and PID behavior. On request, the device is also available with two analog outputs (0/4…20mA or 0…10V) that can be freely parameterized and scaled.Features:

  • Display: mg/l, pH, mV, μS/cm etc.
  • Special measuring range can be adjusted with setup program
  • Choice of display mode: large numbers, bargraph or trend display
  • Integrated calibration routines for 1- and 2-point calibration
  • Calibration logbook
  • Language changeover: German, English, French
  • Further languages can be loaded via setup program

Applications:

  • Display, measurement and control of free chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, ozone in connection with probes as per TB 20.2630 pH value or Redox potential with 2-wire transmitter as per TB 20.2701
  • Filling levels (hydrostatical) with 2-wire transmitter as per TB 40.2090 or 40.4390
  • Throughflow in connection with the respective transmitters
  • 2 temperature measuring points
  • Probes and transducers with standard signal 0/4…20mA or 0…10V.
